Virtual Chat Agent (No Experience)
We are excited to offer you the opportunity to become a virtual chat agent, where you can earn a competitive hourly rate plus potential commissions by assisting customers on eCommerce platforms. This role is ideal for individuals looking to enter the field of online customer service without the need for previous experience.
What You Will Do...
Engage with customers via live chat on eCommerce websites, helping them with their inquiries, guiding them through the website, and assisting them in finding the products they are looking for.
Use your communication skills to enhance the customer experience, potentially increasing sales without the pressure of traditional sales tactics.
Rate:
$35 per hour, with the opportunity to earn additional commissions based on sales. Requirements:
Access to a laptop, phone, or tablet with a stable internet connection.
Basic English writing skills are necessary.
Skills/Background:
This is a beginner-friendly position. Comprehensive training will be provided to equip you with the necessary skills and knowledge for the role.
No previous experience in live chat or sales is required.
Location:
This is a fully remote position, open to candidates preferably in the United States.
