What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
?? Make outbound and receive inbound calls
?? Thoroughly examine loan applications through multiple software systems
?? Evaluate applicant eligibility for loans
?? Create and renew records
?? Identify customer needs and explore available options
What Is Required (Qualifications)
?? Excellent Customer Service skills
?? Minimum of High school diploma/ GED
?? Proficient use of MS: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
?? Ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure
?? Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
?? 0-2 years of experience in a customer service role
?? Proficient user of the Internet and cloud-based storage
