Job Summary
Are you fluent in French and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service? We are seeking a Remote Bilingual Call Center Representative to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in expediting the claims application process, ensuring accurate case assignment, and providing outstanding customer support.
Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, assisting them with the claims application process and resolving any related issues.
Communicate effectively and professionally with customers via phone and written correspondence, providing guidance on documentation requirements, claim status, and payment information.
Accurately enter application information into the claims management system.
Assign new claims to the appropriate claims handler and direct customer calls to the correct personnel.
Contribute to a culture of quality service within the Customer Service Team.
Maintain regular attendance during scheduled work hours.
Additional Responsibilities
Perform any other duties as assigned.
Support the organization's quality program(s).
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required.
Previous experience in customer service preferred, ideally in an inbound call center environment.
Fluent in French and English, with excellent oral and written communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and PC literate.
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and meet performance goals.
