Key Responsibilities:
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, delivering world-class service that exceeds customer expectations.
Assist card members with account inquiries, transaction disputes, billing issues, and other service-related matters.
Educate customers on the benefits of American Express products and services, helping them maximize their membership benefits.
Proactively identify and resolve customer concerns, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
Utilize various software applications and tools to access customer account information, process transactions, and update records accurately.

Qualifications:
Previous customer service experience in a call center or virtual environment preferred.

Proficiency in using computers and familiarity with basic software applications.
