InnoSource (an agency that provides contract employees) is hiring now in Columbus, OH for Work From Home Customer Service. You must have at least 1 year of call center experience within the last 3 years!

Key Responsibilities - Customer Service Advocate

?? Our Customer Service must be able to quickly analyze customer inquiries and help resolve issues and requests.
?? This is a call center position focused on sales and customer service. We support you with training and reward your hard work. We are looking for long-term associates. This is an opportunity to demonstrate your ability with the potential to be considered for future employment directly with our client.
Education and Experience - Customer Service Advocate
?? You should have a stable work history, be a high school graduate or have your GED, and must be authorized to work in the United States.
?? Utility business requires occasional mandatory overtime, especially during outages.
?? Must have at least 1 year of call center experience in the last 3 years.
Benefits and Pay - Customer Service Advocate
?? Starts at $16.00/hour with future opportunities for advancement and growth.
?? Generous benefits ?? Health and life insurance, dental reimbursement.
?? A few weeks of paid virtual training 9 a.m.-6 p.m. focused on the sales aspect of the role.
?? Schedule after training requires open availability Monday-Friday (8:00am-7:00pm) and Saturday (9:00am-1:00pm).
?? Office closed on Sundays.
?? Start date Monday, March 11.
