As a Remote Call Center Agent, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our passengers have a smooth and enjoyable travel experience by providing top-notch assistance over the phone. Key Responsibilities:

Customer Support: Provide exceptional customer support by assisting passengers with booking flights, making reservations, and addressing inquiries related to their travel plans.
Problem Resolution: Effectively resolve passenger issues, such as flight delays, cancellations, and baggage concerns, while maintaining a calm and professional demeanor.
Information Sharing: Offer accurate and up-to-date information on Delta services, policies, and procedures, helping passengers make informed decisions.
