Job Description:American Express is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Compliance Training Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring that our employees receive the necessary compliance training to uphold our company's standards of integrity and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Training Program Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and update compliance training programs that align with regulatory requirements and company policies.

  • Content Creation: Create engaging and informative training materials, including presentations, e-learning modules, and documentation, to deliver effective compliance training to employees.

  • Training Delivery: Conduct in-person and virtual training sessions, ensuring employees have a clear understanding of compliance guidelines and procedures.

  • Assessment and Evaluation: Implement assessments and evaluations to measure the effectiveness of training programs, making necessary adjustments for continuous improvement.

  • Compliance Reporting: Generate reports on compliance training completion and provide insights to management for informed decision-making.

  • Required Skills and Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Compliance, or a related field.
    • Proven experience in compliance training, preferably in the financial services industry.
    • Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance and industry standards.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
    • Detail-oriented with strong analytical abilities.
    • Proficiency in creating and delivering training content.
    • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
