Job Description:

Are you an experienced Human Resources professional looking for an exciting opportunity to drive talent management strategies in a dynamic and inclusive environment? American Express is currently seeking a dedicated Human Resources Manager to join our team for the 2023 recruitment season.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Acquisition and Recruitment:

    • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and execute recruitment strategies.
    • Source, screen, and interview candidates to ensure the selection of top-tier talent.
    • Lead and mentor a team of recruiters to meet hiring goals effectively.
  • Employee Relations:

    • Foster a positive and inclusive work culture by addressing employee concerns and promoting open communication.
    • Provide guidance and support to resolve workplace issues and conflicts.
    • Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback to enhance the employee experience.
  • Talent Development:

    • Implement learning and development initiatives to support career growth.
    • Identify training needs and coordinate workshops, seminars, and other educational programs.
    • Collaborate with leaders to create individual development plans for employees.
  • Performance Management:

    • Oversee the performance appraisal process and provide guidance on goal setting and feedback.
    • Assist in identifying high-potential employees and implementing succession planning.
  • HR Policy and Compliance:

    • Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
    • Keep abreast of industry trends and regulations to recommend necessary updates.
  • Required Skills:

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred).
    • Proven experience as an HR Manager, preferably in a large corporate setting.
    • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Exceptional leadership and team management abilities.
