Salary: $13.00 to $16.00 /hour
My Gym is an amazing place because it allows you to work with children in a fun environment AND also be involved in the high-level processes of running a small business. Our core product is our amazing classes and parties; so, of course, your training begins within these areas.
As a lead teacher, you will be working hands-on, teaching ?Mommy and Me? classes for babies/toddlers and their parents as well as physical education classes for preschool and grade school kids.
As you become a proficient lead teacher, you?ll begin learning:
- Our back-end systems
- Administration
- Sales
- Training, etc.
- Salary is competitive, with the ability to progress quickly.
- Education or backgrounds in sports, physical fitness, early childhood education, gymnastics, dance, theater, music, etc. are taken into consideration when determining salary.
