Our athletes range from age 3 to adult, and our mission is to use movement activities to teach life lessons. Must have a passion for working with children and/or adults and enjoy fitness and movement activities. Qualifications:
- Excellent problem-solving and sharp cognitive thinking skills.
- Caring and engaging with children and adults.
- Ability to adapt to a changing environment and handle multiple priorities.
- Experience with gymnastics, or relevant experience with fitness or childcare or teaching a plus.
- Caring customer service and quality communication skills.
- Physically able to spot/lift people weighing up to 100lbs or more.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead fun and educational movement lessons and workouts.
- Direct and manage a small group of individuals with varying abilities.
- Communicate professionally with families regarding their athlete?s development.
- Create and develop circuits that are appropriate for the specific athletes under your care Knowledge of skill adaptations and willingness to continually learn.
- Being creative and quick on your feet to modify activities for individuals.
