Behavior Technician Responsibilities:
- ing and maintaining all B.E.S.T. practices of ABA Therapy.
- Working 1:1 with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
- Ensure parental participation during sessions.
- Have a great attitude and love working with small children.
Behavior Technician Requirements:
- Reliable form of transportation.
- BLS certification.
- Must be able to walk, run and play with small children.
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs. (child).
- Complete RBT training process to become RBT certified.
