Education/Training ?? The Ohio Department of Education requires a one-year Educational Aide permit ($25.00 online fee).

Applicants must also meet one State of Ohio requirement: Have passed the ParaPro Assessment Test, hold an Associate??s Degree or higher from an accredited college or university, or have completed at least 48 semester hours or 72 quarter hours at an accredited college or university.



BCI/FBI background check administered at the Board of Education upon hire. ($47.25 fee)
